WESTBROOK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) --- Some well-known Maine songwriters are coming together tomorrow night for a special concert to benefit the My Place Teen Center.

Don Campbell, Dan Merrill and David Good are all part of Songwriters in the Round, an intimate evening of original acoustic music by three longtime Maine singer/songwriters. They will share stories of songwriting, the origin of their songs, and take turns performing from their body of work. The evening also includes a Live Auction at intermission.

The proceeds benefit the My Place Teen Center in Westbrook, which is a year-round, free, after-school program for children between the ages of 10-18. The kids get tutoring, have a safe place to hang out, and even can eat dinner there - and it's all free of charge. Songwriters in the round is happening Saturday night from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center. Click on the links for more information.
